6821.0 kHz carries an unattended carrier that has not stopped since the first night it was logged. Most nights it does nothing. Roughly twice a month it transmits a block of five-digit groups, reads them twice, and returns to the carrier.
None of the groups have been solved. That is normal — one-time-pad traffic is not supposed to be solvable, and there is nothing exotic about a station that outlives the reason it was built.
What this archive tracks is the other thing: the entries where the station does something a machine on a timer has no way to do. There are eleven of those. They are marked UNRESOLVED in the archive.
